All our services are offered to clients on the agreed terms that they will gives us commission on every real estate estate transaction channeled through us.
Our commission charges are as follows.
Buyers’ agent: 1% plus GST on the total transaction value
Seller’s agent: 1% plus GST on the total transaction value .
If we represent both parties then 1% each, is required by the buyer and seller to be paid i.e 2% + GST
